RamTech Return Policy

• Unopened Items: unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase if unopened and accompanied with a receipt.
•  Opened Items: opened items cannot be returned.
• Printer Ink / Toner Cartridges, CD / DVD Media are nonrefundable if opened. Opened Software is nonrefundable. Defective software may only be exchanged, with a receipt, for the identical title.
• Batteries are considered “consumable” products; therefore, RamTech is not responsible for battery issues. RamTech defers customers to the product’s manufacture for battery service.

RamTech reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
